Quality and satisfaction is what I strive for. If, for any reason, you have a question about anything, I will answer it to the best of my

PAYMENT

I would like to receive payment as soon as an order is placed, but I will work with you if there are special circumstances. I must receive
payment before shipping any items.

Q) What can I expect during the checkout process?
A) After adding items to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to complete the purchase. You will then
have the opportunity to pay with a credit card by clicking the Paypal button. You must first select how you would like to pay and follow
the prompts. Then you must finish your purchase by paying via Paypal. Etsy will direct you to Paypal's website automatically. If you did
not reach the Paypal website, please check your shopping cart or purchased items list in your Etsy account. It's a 2 step process.

Q) What if I purchase items from you and another seller?
A) You have to pay each seller at a time. Follow the prompts in your shopping cart. Problems? Just email me at
polkadotdesigns@comcast.net.

Q) When should I pay?
A) Preferably at the time of checkout. Just as with Ebay, you may complete the payment at a later time with Etsy. I have a 72 hour
turnaround time before I re-list the item. Please make your payment as soon as possible within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in
the item being re-listed and a possible negative feedback to your account. I will contact you with reminders and options.

Q) Do I need a Paypal account to purchase items?
A) No. I use Paypal for quick and easy payments and tracking. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may still use Paypal to make
purchases with a credit card without registering. This option will be available at the time of purchase. I do however encourage you to
have a Paypal account to track your purchases

Q) Can I pay by Check?
A) Unfortunately I am not accepting checks at this time.

Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) No

Q) What name will appear on my credit card statement?
A) You will see either "Polka Dot Designs".

SHIPPING

Q) How long will a custom order take?
A) It depends on two things: 1) the item and 2) if the fabric is in stock. Production time can be between 1-2 weeks, in some cases even
less than that. If the fabric is not in stock it could take up to 4 weeks. I will keep in constant contact to assure you about the approximate
time for your particular item. I've been known to turn an item around in 2 days.

Q) How will my items arrive?
A) I ship items via United States Postal Service. I try my best to use the most economical means of shipping when possible. Large items
will be shipped in a large envelope or sturdy box if needed. Smaller items will be shipped via a shipping envelope.

Q) How are shipping costs calculated?
A) Shipping will be calculated based on weight. I will combine shipping if purchasing multiple items and will notify you if I pack them in
more than one package.

Q) How long will it take to receive a non-custom order?
A) If you haven't received your purchase within 2 weeks of the final sale, please contact me so we can figure out an estimated time of
arrival, or if a problem has occurred. I do everything possible to make sure you receive your purchase in a timely fashion.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

I will refund any product, less the shipping, through PayPal within one week after you receive the item. Just convo me and we can make
arrangements. I will do everything I can to ensure that you are happy with the end result

CUSTOM MADE CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES

If you purchase a "custom made" item, please provide the following measurements and information:

o Size the child or woman is currently wearing.
o Waist measurement.
o For skirts, measurement from waist to desired length.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your custom made item after payment and measurements are received. If you need it by a
specific time, please contact me so we can make it happen. All items that are ready made will ship within 24 hours of payment.
